Shipped two big ones this week.
Auth token refresh is now live, no more silent logouts that were killing retention. Took longer than expected but the fix is clean.
Onboarding got a full redesign. Activation was dying at step 3. We found out why from two Slack threads with users,the turns out the export button was buried. Moved it. Already seeing the drop-off improve.
One insight worth sharing: your users will tell you exactly what's broken. You just have to read the threads.
